This senior leader will directly manage a team of managers and influence cross-functional partners and field leaders to drive continuous operational improvement, accelerate technology adoption, and maintain high standards of safety, compliance, service, and efficiency. The position will provide direct leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to three key functional areas: Fleet Management, Forklift Management, and Driver Safety.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business required.
  • 8+ years of supply chain leadership experience, explicitly including 5+ years of fleet/MHE industry experience and vendor management.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizations through operational change, technology rollouts, process standardization, vendor transitions, and behavior adoption across large, distributed teams.
  • Strong communication and partner management skills with the ability to build alignment, challenge constructively, and influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Industry partnership and networking expertise to recruit new high-performing asset, delivery, and service vendors.

  • Implement strategies, policies, metrics, and practices that support cost reductions and warehouse/delivery service improvements.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop fleet, warehouse, and supply chain personnel while building leadership capability, accountability, and succession depth across the team.
