About The Position
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic, and people-focused Fitness Director to lead our instructor team and help us deliver an exceptional member experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves Pilates, develops people, holds high standards, and thrives in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing boutique Pilates brand. BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts that tone, sculpt and redefine your body and mind in just 45 minutes! Requirements
- Strong Pilates/fitness industry experience and leadership skills
- Passionate about developing instructors and building a strong team culture
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Organized, proactive, and highly accountable
- Strong eye for detail and consistently high standards
- Loves creating an elevated, welcoming member experience
- Can balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on studio involvement
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop our instructor team and Lead Instructor Team
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach instructors
- Conduct class audits and provide ongoing feedback and development
- Maintain high standards for class quality, programming, safety, and member experience
- Oversee instructor scheduling, substitutions, and coverage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the instructional team
- Lead instructor meetings and continuing education
- Monitor class attendance, member feedback, retention, and instructor performance
- Partner with ownership and management on studio growth and retention initiatives
- Oversee studio equipment needs and help maintain a safe, polished studio environment
- Use systems including Mindbody, NetGym, and ClassPass to support both instructors and studio operations
- Teach a set number of classes each week and remain actively connected to our members
