About The Position

Drips is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial planning and help the business make informed plans for growth. The role owns forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis; translates financial results into clear narratives for the executive team and Board; and uses AI tooling to improve the speed and effectiveness of the finance function. It offers high visibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and influence on business planning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the multi-case financial forecast model.
• Work with the Revenue team to prepare monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts by customer.
• Assist with preparation of the annual budget.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial statement reviews and forecast variance analyses covering revenue, COGS, and SG&A.
• Maintain the 13-week cash flow analysis.
• Evaluate business cases for sales prospects.
• Conduct gross margin analysis for existing and prospective customers and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Prepare monthly financial packages for lender and private equity investors.
• Prepare quarterly financial materials for Board meetings, identifying key drivers and fluctuations.
• Present monthly financial results and comparisons to forecast to the executive team.
• Drive automation and efficiency in the finance function through AI tooling.
• Perform ad-hoc forensic financial analysis to help management understand financial trends and anomalies.
