The Director of Financial Operations is the leader of the financial operations processes for our region, including month-end close, financial forecasting, budget management, revenue recognition, commission payments, M&A financial due diligence and integration, systems management, and dashboard development to generate data-driven operational insights for our teams. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and leads a team of two analysts, including a Property & Casualty Operations Analyst and an Employee Benefits Operations Analyst who oversee the day-to-day financial operations and analytics work. The ideal candidate is a rigorous and intellectually curious financial professional who brings technical expertise to this role while also supporting and mentoring the rest of the team through change and challenges.
