We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Finance to join our team. This position will sit on the Executive Committee team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in hospitality finance, leadership, and strategic planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in financial management within the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and cost control
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

CPA or CMA certification preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with the executive team to support overall hotel business objectives
Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and vendors
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth
Prepare and present financial reports to the executive committee and ownership
