About The Position

The Director of Finance will manage reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany transfers, payments, and financial analysis. This role will oversee and coordinate financial activity across multiple entities, work closely with vendors, and manage financial transactions and relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with accounting, payroll, invoicing, and financial analysis, with a preference for healthcare financial experience.

Requirements

• Strong Financial Controller background
• Strong experience with accounting, payroll, invoicing, and financial analysis
• Proven Financial Controller experience with strong financial management skills
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial operations
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of financial functions
• Able to work effectively within a highly corporate and executive office environment

Nice To Haves

• Preferably within the healthcare industry
• Healthcare financial experience is highly preferred
