The Director of Finance will report to the General Manager and serve as a strategic business advisor, translating financial performance into actionable decisions to drive guest satisfaction, revenue growth, profitability, and asset value. The role involves leading all financial aspects of the hotel's pre-opening and ongoing operations, establishing accounting systems, internal controls, reporting structures, and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, labor management, profitability enhancement, risk management, internal control compliance, and executing the hotel's opening and stabilization plan.
