About The Position

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a Director of Finance who possesses strong healthcare finance experience combined with a public accounting background. This role reports directly to the CFO and will lead a team responsible for various financial functions within the organization. The position is based at a medical center recognized as one of the best healthcare organizations in America to work for.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required with Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred.
• At least 5 years management experience
• Healthcare experience

Nice To Haves

• MBA preferred.
• CPA credential and public accounting experience
• Prior director-level experience
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Experience with Workday or other large ERP system
• Experience with physician compensation

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting
• Annual budgeting
• Monthly Operating Review & margin management initiative support
• Long-range financial planning
• Financial pro formas
• Ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives
• Management of our Strategic Data Team
• Support of physician compensation
