About The Position

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics is seeking a Director of Finance who possesses a strong combination of healthcare finance experience and a public accounting background. This role reports directly to the CFO and will lead a team responsible for financial reporting, annual budgeting, monthly operating reviews, margin management initiatives, long-range financial planning, and financial pro formas. Additional duties include ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, management of the Strategic Data Team, and support of physician compensation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required with Accounting, Business or Finance major preferred.
• At least 5 years management experience
• Healthcare experience

• CPA credential and public accounting experience
• Prior director-level experience
• Experience with Epic EMR
• Experience with Workday or other large ERP system
• Experience with physician compensation
