About The Position

The Director of Finance will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams across the organization, providing operational insights, and driving key financial initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Real Estate.
  • Strong financial acumen with expert-level financial modeling experience.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating and collaborating with senior executives.
  • Exceptional business writing skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional teams by delivering actionable reporting and insights to guide decision-making and influence property operations.
  • Diagnose complex situations and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
  • Foster strategic partnerships across departments to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support organizational goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, while maintaining a focus on performance metrics and operational efficiency.
  • Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning processes.
  • Tackle challenging problems across financial operations disciplines, including FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, and Acquisitions.
