About The Position

The Director of Finance will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams across the organization, providing operational insights, and driving key financial initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
5 to 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Real Estate.
Strong financial acumen with expert-level financial modeling experience.
Demonstrated experience navigating and collaborating with senior executives.
Exceptional business writing skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support cross-functional teams by delivering actionable reporting and insights to guide decision-making and influence property operations.
Diagnose complex situations and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
Foster strategic partnerships across departments to enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support organizational goals.
Oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, while maintaining a focus on performance metrics and operational efficiency.
Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning processes.
Tackle challenging problems across financial operations disciplines, including FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, and Acquisitions.
