About The Position

We are hiring a Finance Manager to join our East Operations Team in Bethesda, MD who will prepare, review, and analyze critical Operations Finance data to increase revenue and minimize costs. This role involves diagnosing complex situations and presenting possible solutions to business leaders. The Finance Manager will be responsible for guiding regional leaders on financial performance, providing direction and support for maintaining budget responsibility. They will participate in monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning, and tackle challenging problems in support of company financial and analytics disciplines (i.e. FP&A, Capital Planning, Revenue Management, Decision Support, Acquisitions). Additionally, the role will assist with analysis related to significant transactions such as property sales, acquisitions and capital expenditures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations.
Strong financial acumen
Strong data modeling experience
Strong business writing skills

Nice To Haves

Real Estate experience is a plus.
Experience with SQL Server and databases is a plus

Responsibilities
