About The Position

The Director of Finance, Forecast & Close owns the monthly forecast and full-year outlook across all lines of business, including the calendar, templates, assumption review, and consolidation. The role builds a driver-based forecast connecting channel, cost, and SG&A inputs to consolidated revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow, and leads gap-closure exercises when the outlook falls short of plan. The position partners with the Controller and Accounting team on the month-end close calendar, flash results, accruals, and reconciliation of management reporting to GAAP results. It establishes clear handoffs, definitions, and controls between FP&A and Accounting, and supports quarterly reporting and investor-relations materials with Control, Legal, and the FP&A Lead. The Director runs monthly business reviews grounded in KPI and variance analysis, prepares and presents executive-ready materials for the CFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team, and proactively surfaces risks and opportunities. The role designs and documents scalable forecast and close processes, works on planning-system and reporting-tool improvements, and leads and develops the Senior Forecast Analyst while coordinating forecast contributors across Finance.
