At CPCQC, the mission is to ensure that EVERY pregnant and postpartum person, infant, and their families in Colorado have access to and receive safe, equitable, high-quality care. This team is driving new collaborations, expanding community connection to care, and driving state-wide maternal and infant health quality improvement initiatives. Colorado Perinatal Care Quality Collaborative (CPCQC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that works with healthcare facilities, community-based organizations, and families here in Colorado as well with national partners to advance best practices and improve outcomes in maternal and infant health. The Director of Finance and Operations is a mission-driven leader who ensures the financial integrity and operational strength of our nonprofit organization. This role oversees budgeting, accounting, grant compliance, and organizational systems that enable our programs and staff to thrive. With a strong commitment to transparency, stewardship, and operational excellence, the Director partners with leadership to align resources with mission impact, maintain rigorous compliance with funder and regulatory requirements, and support sustainable organizational growth. The ideal candidate brings deep nonprofit financial expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for strengthening the systems that help our community-focused work flourish. The Director of Finance and Operations position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will work in regular contact with the Fractional Chief Financial Officer. Through skilled management of external administrative service vendors and partnership with the Leadership Team, the Director of Finance and Operations will lead efforts to support and position the organization as it continues to grow rapidly both in operations and revenue.
