As we scale our SaaS operations, we are investing heavily in digital transformation—modernizing our finance organization through process automation, real-time analytics, and AI-enabled workflows that align with the velocity and precision required in today's software-driven business environment. PartsBase is seeking a highly operational and digitally-fluent Finance Operations Leader to oversee the company's core accounting functions while spearheading our finance transformation journey. This role sits at the intersection of traditional accounting excellence and modern SaaS finance operations. You will lead day-to-day accounting operations across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and month-end close, while simultaneously driving strategic initiatives in workflow automation, revenue recognition frameworks, subscription metrics analysis, and scalable SaaS financial operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong accounting foundation combined with deep experience in SaaS business models (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn), digital transformation initiatives, and a passion for building technology-enabled finance functions that scale efficiently.
