About The Position
The Director of Facility Programming is responsible for the direct management of all aspects of Spectrum programming at the assigned site. This role involves working closely with Massachusetts Department of Correction (MADOC) personnel, other institutional vendors, and off-site Spectrum staff to ensure the delivery of services. The position requires working the hours necessary to meet business needs, which may include more than 40 hours per week and potential weekends.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in criminal justice, human services, education, counseling, or closely related field required.
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Corrections experience preferred.
Nice To Haves
- LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
