Sodexo is searching for a Director of Facilities Operations to support a potential new client near Austin, Texas. This role provides direction and guidance to facilities employees, maintains strong business relationships with client partners, and manages day-to-day facilities account responsibilities. The position involves overall planning, strategic innovation, and implementation of the campus plan, as well as achieving operations and financial goals. The Director will manage IFM operations including Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, repair, Project Management, Environmental Services, Grounds, and Landscaping. Strong strategic senior-level Facilities Operations leadership with excellent client skills is a must.
