About The Position

Brookdale Carriage Club is hiring a Director of Facilities Management to join their growing team. This is a full-time position within a Senior Living Community that supports residents through Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Facilities Management in a large Senior Living Community.
Experience with Life Safety.
Experience with Department of Public Health regulations.
Experience working with outside contractors.
Experience with Fire Pump and 2 pipe heating and cooling systems.

Responsibilities

Manage the Facilities Management department.
Oversee Life Safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with Department of Public Health regulations.
Work with outside contractors.
Maintain Fire Pump and 2 pipe heating and cooling systems.
