Director of Rehabilitation - CCRC Setting
About The Position
Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting in Scottsdale, AZ. This full-time, salaried position involves overall clinical quality, program management, financial oversight, and operational viability of the rehabilitation program. The role requires ensuring client and company expectations are met, planning and implementing clinical services, billing, and customer relations, identifying growth opportunities, and evaluating employee and program effectiveness. The position offers a supportive environment with corporate backing and the autonomy to shape the therapy department.
Requirements
- Possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice; Physical Therapy / Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy / Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathology program
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a treating therapist or therapy assistant
- Minimum 1 year of therapy management experience
- Currently Credentialed Documentation Auditor (CDA) or ability to become credentialed within six (6) months
Nice To Haves
- minimum 3 years of experience preferred
