Requirements

  • Possesses thorough computer abilities using basic Microsoft Office programs, Maintenance Management Programs, Hotel Management and Booking Systems and Building Automation Systems.
  • KEY License required.

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises: Manager Facilities and Supervisor Facilities Compliance Atlantic City Operations.
  • Leverages the maintenance management software and framework to drive continuous improvement within the facilities department by using data to improve processes and efficiency; ensure optimum staffing to meet peak demands; manage inventory; and understand the tradeoffs between ongoing repair and maintenance versus capital investment.
  • Understands building and administrative code requirements and permit exemptions. Must ensure full compliance with code enforced work and the integration of permit and inspection processes.
  • Ensures complete compliance with all regulating entities affecting the field of work including, but not limited, local agencies (e.g. fire, building, and health), OSHA, NLRB, EPA, NEC and NFPA.
  • Oversees outside contractors on all outsourced projects to ensure compliance, safety, a high level of execution, maintenance of warranties, minimization of waste, and compliance with budgetary guidelines.
  • Develops and maintains emergency response plans for each property with a thoroughly trained and prepared staff, including on site availability when necessary to direct activities during such events.
