About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital, opening in May 2026, is seeking a Director of Facilities Management to join their team. This role will be instrumental in a beautiful new 3-story hospital featuring 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms equipped with cutting-edge technology. The Director will plan, organize, manage, and control the hospital's facilities management, loss prevention management, and telecommunications functions. This includes direct oversight of Food Services, Environmental Services, and Security. A key responsibility is the development, implementation, and monitoring of a safety management program, including regular facilities inspections related to Life Safety and Environment of Care. The Director will also ensure Security and Emergency Preparedness procedures are properly implemented and has been appointed as the facility Safety/Security Officer.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years experience in Healthcare Facilities Management role.
• Understanding of Regulatory Compliance (ie.,LifeSafety NFPA 101, 2012)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager preferred

Responsibilities
