About Enso Village Enso Village is a Zen-inspired community with a focus on mindful aging, the joys of nature, sustainability and contemplative life and care for adults 60+. Enso Village is a collaboration between the Kendal Corporation, a nationally recognized organization for senior living, and the San Francisco Zen Center, one of the first Zen Buddhist organizations in the US, founded by Shunryu Suzuki Roshi. The Role The Director of Executive Operations serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting the execution of organizational priorities, facilitating cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the effective operation of executive leadership and governance functions. This role combines executive support, project management, and organizational coordination, while acting as a trusted proxy for the CEO in select meetings and initiatives. The Director plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives forward, managing high-priority projects, and ensuring clear communication and accountability across the organization. This position also serves as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors, ensuring governance processes are executed in alignment with regulatory, legal, and organizational standards.
