About The Position

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and, as required to the Chief Administrative Officer/General Counsel (CAO/GC), the Director of Executive Operations will serve as strategic partner to ensure organizational projects and initiatives are executed as required. This role also supports the Leadership Team as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Excellent administrative, organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, flexibility, and diplomacy.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and to complete tasks within assigned time periods.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable supporting more than one executive.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 years relevant experience

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors, CEO and/or CAO/GC, to include initiation and management of calendars; emails; correspondence; presentations; reports; research; telephone calls; travel coordination; expense reconciliation; meeting materials; and minute-taking to ensure business initiatives are moving forward. Provides similar support to the Leadership Team as appropriate.
  • Responsible for oversight of Board activities and scheduling.
  • Oversees the preparation, maintenance, and completion of records of all meetings of the members and of the Board.
  • Manages and organizes complex calendars by responding to meeting requests and proactively resolves and prioritizes scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings/events. Proposes plans and schedules that meet priorities and deadlines of the Board of Directors and the President/CEO.
  • Performs specialized and/or confidential administrative duties.
  • Conducts research and prepares statistical reports to assist organizational leadership.
  • Maintains executive records, Board minutes, corporate files, and reports.
  • Uses discretion and professionalism in dealing with managers, employees, board members, clients and the public.
  • Maintains complete confidentiality and always protects sensitive information. Projects professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and reliability at all times.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
