Requirements

• 2–5 years of event management experience in a similar venue
• Knowledge of event operations and crowd management
• Experience managing budgets and labor planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all arena event management activities
• Lead front-of-house planning including hospitality, staffing, and logistics
• Coordinate with ticketing, food & beverage, security, and technical teams
• Ensure high-level client and guest satisfaction
• Manage budgets, settlements, and billing accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety and crowd management protocols
• Recruit, train, and lead event staff
• Improve operational efficiency and service delivery
