About The Position

Responsible for leading Agency projects and initiatives regarding public health and epidemiology. Responsible for the overall design, investigation, and dissemination of reports, data, and findings regarding organizational and community impact, working in partnership with the Quality Management Department (QM) and other relevant organizational leaders. Maintains a particular focus on outcomes, data, and impact of the South County Academy (SCA) program. Serves as a key organizational leader on research projects. Provides support related to data, public health, and analysis to the organization in a myriad of ways.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree preferred with a focus on epidemiology or public health.
  • Experience in evaluation.
  • Experience reporting information to internal and external audiences.
  • Experience translating complex data and analyses for public and management consumption and use.
  • Experience in data analysis, statistics, and program evaluation.
  • Familiarity with providing a scientific approach in a non-scientific environment.
  • Ability to travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
  • Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
