The Director of Environmental Services will be responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff at the center, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements. This role involves providing leadership and support to maintain quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations. The Director will also maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment, and will be involved in training, quality control, and in-servicing staff. Work quality will be assessed using QCIs for documentation purposes.
