The Director of Environmental Services will be responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff in a long-term care, short-term rehab, and skilled nursing facility. This role involves providing leadership and support to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met. The position also requires maintaining records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment, as well as conducting training, quality control, and in-servicing for staff. Work quality will be assessed using QCIs for documentation purposes.
