About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, experienced Sales Executive to lead our Enterprise and Data Center sales efforts in the U.S. and Europe. This position requires a unique blend of successful sales and account management track record with U.S. Enterprise and Hyperscale ecosystem. This role requires proven experience selling and developing business within this ecosystem coupled with a combination of strong sales acumen and leadership to drive revenue growth and design wins. The ideal candidate will have a proven successful track record in sales in the NAND storage solutions for Enterprise/Data Center applications with extensive understanding and connections within the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales/business development in the NAND memory and storage. sector - especially in controller and SSD for Enterprise and Data Centers.
  • Strong understanding of NAND, storage, and semiconductor technology, ecosystem, and trends.
  • Previous experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on sales and business development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker, driven with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work with marketing, business development, engineering and other sales teams.
  • 10+ years of Sales Management experience.

  • MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies – including setting ambitious revenue targets, pricing strategies and go-to-market plans to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships, alliances to expand market reach.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understand their needs, align product roadmaps, build close executive relationships, and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adjust the sales approach and product development strategies.
