About The Position

The Director of Enterprise Procurement & Vendor Management is a finance-led, enterprise-wide leader responsible for defining and executing procurement strategy, vendor governance, and third-party management across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, IT, and business leaders to optimize external spend, manage third-party risk, and deliver strong commercial outcomes. The Director provides centralized leadership for procurement and vendor management while enabling the business through scalable processes, strategic sourcing, and effective supplier relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or commercial management
  • Prior experience in a finance-led or enterprise procurement function
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple business units
  • Strong understanding of vendor governance, contract management, and third-party risk concepts
  • Experience partnering closely with Finance, Legal, Risk, IT, and executive leadership
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across complex organizations

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide procurement strategy across all categories, including services, technology, and third-party engagements
  • Establish sourcing standards, negotiation frameworks, and approval governance aligned with financial controls
  • Drive cost optimization, value realization, and total cost of ownership initiatives in partnership with Finance
  • Own the enterprise vendor management framework, including onboarding, segmentation, performance management, and lifecycle oversight
  • Establish and enforce vendor governance standards in collaboration with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and IT
  • Oversee third-party risk processes, including due diligence, contract compliance, and ongoing monitoring
  • Serve as the enterprise point of leadership for procurement and vendor-related matters, balancing speed, flexibility, and governance
  • Lead and develop procurement and vendor management teams, including operating models, service levels, and scalable processes
