Director of Enrollment Operations and CRM
About The Position
The Director of Enrollment Operations and CRM leads the strategic development, optimization, and management of North Central College’s enrollment technology infrastructure, data systems, processes, and data analysis across all entry types (undergraduate and graduate). Reporting directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Strategy and partnering closely with the Director of CRM Strategy and Institutional Insights, this role serves as enrollment management’s primary system administrator and strategist for Slate. The Director manages critical, high-volume data bridges—specifically between Slate, Centralized Application Services (CAS) platforms, other external platforms/vendors, and Ellucian Colleague—ensuring a seamless flow of data. This leader supervises a team dedicated to application processing, communication infrastructure, data integrity, and data analysis, transforming complex technical systems into high-efficiency workflows that support the institution’s enrollment goals.
Requirements
