About The Position
A great opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced acute-care hospital environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current, active RN license
- Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience in an inpatient acute-care hospital setting
- 3–5 years of qualifying trauma leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance
- Strong trauma leadership and emergency department management experience
- Resume must include measurable accomplishments demonstrating leadership impact and results
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational leadership in a fast-paced acute-care hospital environment.
- Champion patient care excellence, regulatory readiness, staff development, quality outcomes, and trauma-focused clinical performance.
