About The Position

We’re seeking a passionate and inspiring Director of Education to join our leadership team at The Goddard School in Reading, MA. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years as a Director in a licensed Childcare Center
MA Director I or II Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead curriculum implementation and development and ensure high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational practices.
Coach and support teachers through lesson planning, classroom practices, assessment, and professional development.
Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across the teaching teams.
Foster a supportive, engaging learning environment for children, teachers, and families.
Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, supervision, coverage, and day-to-day school operations.
