About The Position

The Goddard School of Doylestown is looking for an Education Director who wants to be part of building something, not just maintaining it. This role is for a self-starter who brings ideas, owns execution, and thrives in an environment where their impact is visible every day. The Education Director will work directly alongside an engaged, on-site owner who is present, invested, and collaborative, with the autonomy to run the school and the support to do it well. The school is a growing, established Goddard franchise in Bucks County, actively raising its standards, investing in its staff, and building a highly-regarded school. This role offers a front-row seat to school ownership and business operations within the Goddard franchise system.
