We are seeking a Director of Education to support the School Director and Director of Education in overseeing the daily operations of our early education center. This position ensures compliance, operational excellence, quality customer service, and effective staff support. We are looking for a Director of Education who will play a vital role in shaping curriculum excellence and teacher development across our centers. This is a classroom-focused leadership position—you’ll spend about 80% of your time in early learning classrooms, modeling best practices and coaching teachers. The remaining time is dedicated to administrative tasks, data analysis, and planning professional development.
