The Director of eCommerce creates and implements the overall eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and growth, managing daily operations across various digital channels, and overseeing cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, optimizing website performance and user experience, developing digital and other marketing campaigns, managing vendors and logistics, and staying current with eCommerce trends to ensure a seamless customer journey to maximize revenue. This role will initially operate in a hands-on capacity, partnering closely with departments across the organization to achieve early success while establishing the long-term structure, processes, and vision for a stand-alone eCommerce department. The position may be fully remote, although candidates located within reasonable travel distance for periodic onsite collaboration are preferred.
