About The Position

Champion Petfoods is expanding and seeking a Director of E-commerce, Key Accounts to join their rapidly growing company. Champion Petfoods is an award-winning pet food maker with over 35 years of trust, known for its ORIJEN® and ACANA® brands in the global premium pet food industry. This role is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and execution of the company’s ecommerce business, with a primary focus on Amazon and Chewy. The position owns the end-to-end performance of these platforms and is accountable for driving revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and best-in-class execution across marketplace channels.

Requirements

Proven success managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central, including retail negotiations and media programs.
Deep understanding of Chewy’s platform, operating model, and customer expectations.
Strong P&L ownership experience with a track record of driving profitable growth.
Highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee ecommerce strategy and execution including assortment, promotional planning, media investments, and operational excellence.
Monitor marketplace platform performance, algorithm changes, and policy updates to proactively mitigate risks and unlock opportunities.
Lead best-in-class execution across content, SEO, advertising, pricing, promotions, and availability.
Develop and manage annual operating plans, forecasts, and promotional strategies for eCommerce channels.
Own and execute the e-commerce marketplace strategy, with deep focus on Amazon and Chewy.
Drive sales growth, share, and profitability across Amazon (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) and Chewy.
