Requirements

Master's degree and minimum of five years of full-time professional education and/or student services work including development, implementation and execution of similar education programs; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience working with diverse student populations including low-income, first generation and disabled students in need of academic assistance.
Demonstrated ability to develop and use data.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to present complex academic information to diverse audiences.
Ability to travel between campuses, school districts and off-site location as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, implementation, and management of Early College and Dual Enrollment programs.
Develop and manage Early College and Dual Enrollment budgets, monitor spending, and provide financial projections and recommendations.
Develop and manage program agreements, MOUs, and contracts in collaboration with college leadership and external partners.
Establish project timelines, benchmarks, and deliverables and monitor progress across unit and cross-unit initiatives.
Lead the development, implementation, and management of Commonwealth of Massachusetts Early College grants and support private grant opportunities.
Maintain program data and reporting processes to support strategic planning, grant reporting, and program evaluation.
Represent the Vice President with campus offices, K-12 partners, state agencies, grant funders, and other stakeholders.
Serve on Commonwealth committees and participate in stakeholder meetings related to Early College implementation, technical assistance, and growth.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with regional K-12 schools and other external partners to expand Early College opportunities.
Collaborate with Academic Affairs and academic divisions to identify and support faculty teaching dual-enrolled students, including professional development.
Serve as a liaison between college offices and regional high school partners to facilitate effective program coordination and communication.
Collaborate with Enrollment Services and other college offices to develop and implement processes that expand Early College programming.
Develop and coordinate annual Early College operations calendars in alignment with the College's academic calendar and external partnership agreements.
Supervise, support, and develop staff within the unit, including leading individual and group staff meetings.
Evaluate Early College models and recommend strategies for program growth, operational effectiveness, and fiscal sustainability.
Coordinate special projects and develop new programs at the direction of the Vice President and other college leadership.
Participate in campus and community activities supporting K-14 student success, internationalization, and community engagement, including service on the Lawrence Educational Attainment Taskforce.
Perform other duties as assigned.
