Challenging the organization and working across-departments, the Discovery and Strategic Partnerships Lead enables the enterprise to effectively and intentionally collaborate with best-in-class strategic partners to advance our clinical and experience objectives. The Discovery and Strategic Partnership team manages research independently, with subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities in the Medicare clinical space. The Lead conducts targeted evaluations of vendor solutions that address defined business problems. While working in a highly matrixed environment, the Discovery and Strategic Partnership team leads market landscape research and vendor reviews to identify key partners who are solving clinical problems and engaging in value-based agreements. The Lead uses this data to craft recommendations to senior executives regarding business strategy. This person is self-drive and exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues.
