We’re hiring a Director of Strategic Partnerships to own and evolve our enterprise employer growth strategy, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise organizations. You will drive full-cycle enterprise sales while shaping how Rula wins in this segment, refining positioning, influencing cross-functional partners, and building repeatable systems that accelerate growth. This role requires a proven ability to close high-impact enterprise partnerships and influence go-to-market motions. You’ll operate as both a revenue leader and strategic operator: owning pipeline and outcomes, navigating health plan and employer dynamics, and partnering across teams to remove blockers and scale what works into durable, company-level impact.
