About The Position

The Director of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for identifying, developing, and optimizing high-impact partnerships that drive revenue growth, enhance brand equity, and expand market presence for The Boca Raton. This role serves as a critical connector across Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Events, and Operations to ensure that all partnership initiatives are strategically aligned, operationally executable, and performance-driven. The Director will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships—from opportunity identification and vetting through execution and performance evaluation—while maintaining the integrity of the brand’s luxury positioning. Through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, this role ensures partnerships deliver measurable value and contribute meaningfully to awareness, consideration, and direct revenue generation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and executing high-value partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience evaluating partnership ROI, campaign performance, and market opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning, customer segmentation, and experiential marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and oversee new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market segments that align with company growth objectives and brand positioning.
  • Vet, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand standards and consistency across all departments and guest touchpoints.
  • Lead the execution and lifecycle management of partnerships and activations, ensuring delivery of measurable value for both The Boca Raton.
  • Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of partnerships and activations through data, analytics, and post-mortem assessments; translate insights into actionable recommendations and future planning strategies.
  • Partner closely with Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Events, Sales, and Operational teams to assess, audit, and activate initiatives that drive incremental revenue and enhance brand equity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure partnership initiatives are fully integrated into broader go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • Leverage performance insights, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine partnership strategy, activation frameworks, and commercial approaches.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partners across relevant industries, including luxury brands, media, travel, lifestyle, and experiential platforms.
  • Ensure all partnership agreements, activations, and deliverables meet compliance standards, brand guidelines, and operational feasibility.
