Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- Culinary Degree or equivalent experience in senior living
- ServSafe Certification
- Passion for serving the aging population
Nice To Haves
- American Dietetic Registration
- 4–5 years’ experience in Senior Living Dining
- 3–4 years’ experience in a Director-Level Role
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all culinary departments
- Lead staff development, event planning, and team engagement
- Drive menu development, budget oversight, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with dining policies and state/federal regulations
- Promote a culture of excellence in service, food safety, and hospitality
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident dining experience
