For more information, visit www.ChartwellsK12.com. Lead a student-focused dining program serving approximately 2,100 students across five schools in beautiful Washougal, WA. As Director of Dining Services, you'll oversee all areas of the program, including menus, food purchasing, budgeting, inventory, compliance, and daily operations, ensuring students receive nutritious, high-quality meals every day. Your leadership will help create a positive dining experience that supports student success and strengthens the school community. You'll work closely with district leaders, principals, and school staff while supporting a team of approximately 21 frontline client employees. Requirements

Three (3) plus years of foodservice management experience.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Nutrition/Management/Hospitality/Culinary preferred or equivalent experience preferred.
Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed services experience.
