The Director of Dining Services is responsible for leading all aspects of dining operations at Masters Academy International—New England’s first and only academy integrating elite athletic training with top-tier academics for approximately 500-700 students in grades 6–12. The role ensures exceptional service, food quality, and client satisfaction while overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and a high-performing team. Serving a community dedicated to developing future‑ready student‑athletes, the Director builds strong relationships with school partners and creates a welcoming dining experience that supports the academy’s commitment to excellence in sport, school, and life. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands‑on leader passionate about food service, team development, and enhancing the overall campus experience for students, faculty, and guests.
