About The Position

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring a Director of Dining Services for a new business location in Louisville, Kentucky. The role oversees day-to-day operations for a dining account and leads a team of associates. The Director manages client relations and ensures that food offered to customers is of superior quality. The Director works with the Chef and management team on menu creation and high-quality food service, oversees account profit and loss and budgeting, and rolls out new culinary programs. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or culinary studies is preferred. Three to five years of foodservice operations experience is preferred, as are high-volume production and catering experience and prior budget-management experience. Candidates should be interested in learning and growing with the company.
