Requirements

A minimum of eight years of progressive experience in the food service industry
At least three years of progressive experience in a responsible supervisory role of others preparing food and servicing customers
Experience managing food inventories and budgets
Experience preparing & cooking meals
Full understanding of managing financials
Ability to control labor costs
Ability to design menus
Strong customer service focus
ServSafe Certification

Nice To Haves

College degree in food service or hospitality management or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required.
