About The Position

The Director of Digital Workplace Innovation leads the modernization of the agency’s productivity, collaboration, and information management capabilities. This role advances the strategic use of Microsoft 365, AI-enabled tools, and low-code solutions to streamline business processes, strengthen organizational efficiency, and support a secure and effective hybrid workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five years of experience in IT, digital workplace, business process improvement, or related fields
  • Additional experience may substitute year-for-year for the degree requirement
  • Two years of experience designing or administering Microsoft 365 solutions
  • One year of experience developing automation or AI-based solutions
  • Subject to background & credit Investigation
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend work required
  • Require uploading of a single document containing a cover letter and resume combined

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading enterprise Microsoft 365 or Power Platform programs
  • Experience with workflow automation and low-code development
  • Experience delivering training and organizational change management
  • Experience implementing information governance or records management
  • Supervisory or team lead experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise adoption and optimization of Microsoft 365
  • Manage structured intake processes
  • Determine solution approaches across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI, and enterprise systems
  • Deliver workflow automation, AI-enhanced tools, and low-code applications
  • Define objectives, outcomes, and KPIs for digital workplace initiatives
  • Oversee implementation, governance alignment, and risk mitigation
  • Lead training, communications, and user adoption programs
