Requirements

Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
2+ years of post-degree clinical experience required.
Must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP).
Valid Regular Driver License (DL) required.

Responsibilities

Provide a full range of psychological and diagnostic assessments, including scoring, interpretation, reporting, and clinical recommendations.
Collaborate with intake departments and local referral sources to identify diagnostic needs and streamline services.
Ensure assessment materials, protocols, and accessories are well-maintained and available for staff use.
Work closely with the Director of Compliance to support external audits and maintain regulatory compliance.
Assist with the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new staff while overseeing the quality of assessment administration and clinical reports.
Conduct performance evaluations for diagnostician staff, providing guidance on the selection and interpretation of assessment instruments.
