About The Position

BPG Designs is seeking an experienced Director of Design to lead its Design Division of approximately 100 professionals across design, CAD, survey, project management, permitting, and quality control. The role combines telecommunications design expertise with business judgment to develop managers and establish systems that improve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The Director will support successful construction by ensuring design packages are accurate, constructable, and delivered as promised. The Director oversees design production from project kickoff through issued-for-construction packages, aligning staff, resources, and customer commitments. The role shapes the operations of a large design organization, develops future leaders, and makes a measurable impact on project delivery and customer relationships. The Director is expected to set clear direction, remove barriers, and give teams the tools and accountability to succeed.
