About The Position

CBRE Government Services is seeking an experienced data analytics and business intelligence professional to lead its data analytics and solutions team. The role combines technical expertise in business intelligence, ERP administration, and data analytics with a strong commitment to customer service and responsiveness. It reports to the Digital and Technology (D&T) Director and partners with executive leadership and teams across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Contracts, Program Management, and D&T to deliver trusted data, executive dashboards, operational analytics, and scalable enterprise reporting.

The Director oversees BI and analytics initiatives, ERP and enterprise-application integrations, data architecture, governance, and reporting standards. The role helps establish a single source of truth for financial, contract, project, operational, and business-performance data; improves data quality and reporting consistency in an environment subject to CMMC, DFARS, and SOX requirements; and oversees the data team’s use of AI to improve data processing and productivity. The position involves managing and leading the team as well as performing technical work directly.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of BI, analytics, data, ERP, or related experience.
• Strong ERP integration and financial-data experience.
• Experience supporting executive dashboards and enterprise KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of GovCon financial and program-performance analytics.
• Proven ability to lead teams and division-wide or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience supporting audits and assessments.
• Experience administering Deltek Costpoint, JAMIS, or another ERP system.
• Experience using and/or administering Power BI, Primavera P6, MSSQL, and other databases.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading data management programs.
• Effective program-management, project-management, and organizational-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 5 years of GovCon experience is strongly preferred.
• Deltek Costpoint and/or JAMIS experience is strongly preferred; JAMIS Prime and/or Deltek Costpoint experience is preferred.
• Power BI and modern data platform experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data analytics and solutions team.
• Own data management and governance across the ecosystem, particularly integrations between systems.
• Own system upgrade and migration projects and manage them through successful completion.
• Provide vision and strategic planning for data analytics and governance at CBRE Government Services.
• Build effective working relationships with leadership to shape data analytics offerings.
• Develop metrics to demonstrate impact and support improvement.
• Promote data analytics literacy and develop training that helps end users use tools effectively.
• Optimize toolsets and explore new techniques.
• Promote the use of AI to facilitate data analysis and create organizational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on regulatory compliance and responses to assessments and audit requests.
