The Director of Customer and Channel Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing channel strategies and enhancing long-term customer relationships. This individual will lead members of the sales team including Trade Marketing, Category Management and Customer Operations. The key responsibilities will include developing and executing customer development strategies and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment on key business objectives. The role requires a dynamic leader with a strong commercial mindset, deep customer insight, extensive category management understanding and a passion for building high-performing teams.
