Requirements

Experience with processing employee payroll and bonuses
Experience managing benefits
Experience managing employee relations and culture (discipline, investigations, performance, terminations)
Experience with recognition and appreciation
Experience with new hire orientation
Experience with retention strategies
Experience with collaborating with facility managers to assist with operations concerns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be innovative with designing employee programs
Assisted Living, LTC, Healthcare or Hospitality industry background
Human Resources Information System experience w/ Paylocity or another system
